Second rule: when the building is on fire, don\u2019t run \u2014 or you might accidentally become the real thing.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So\u2026 everything is going surprisingly well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Which, in a Terry Pratchett universe, means <strong>something is about to catch fire.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And it does.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Literally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Post Office goes up in flames, and suddenly Moist is no longer just a charming fraud with good posture \u2014 he\u2019s in the middle of a real crisis. Smoke, chaos, people shouting, and for once\u2026 no clever shortcut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here\u2019s the shift:<br>Moist actually <em>stays<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He could run. That\u2019s his whole thing. But instead he goes back inside the burning building. Not because he has a plan \u2014 but because leaving would mean being the man he used to be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inside, things get weird (as usual). Fire, hallucination-like moments, and a confrontation with something\u2026 not entirely physical. Words, letters, and meaning itself start feeling alive. It\u2019s less \u201cput out the fire\u201d and more \u201cwhat does this place actually stand for?\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\ud83d\udc49 This is where Moist accidentally becomes something else:<br>Not a conman pretending to be a postmaster\u2026<br>\u2026but someone starting to <em>believe<\/em> in the role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">He gets out (barely), the building is damaged but not gone, and instead of collapsing morale \u2014 it actually strengthens it. People rally. The Post Office becomes even more alive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And somewhere in the background\u2026<br>Gryle is still coming.
