Avoid Arrogance – My eleventh card

Avoid Arrogance – My eleventh card
The moment you think reality must obey you…
Waterloo is usually already on its way.

The biggest mistakes often come right after you start believing you’ve already won.

Napoleon saw himself as unbeatable.
And that was exactly where the blindness began.

What I also like is that the card doesn’t say:
“be weak” or “doubt yourself.”

It says something closer to:
keep the ability to see reality clearly even when you are strong.

Almost like the difference between confidence and self-deception.
